Coax Wire Maintenance service plan is available to all GVTC residential television customers. This monthly service provides repair protection for the television jacks and wiring inside customer’s home. This plan is designed to protect GVTC customers from unexpected repair charges, in the event that a problem is found with coax wire(s) or jack(s). It also cover repairs to Digital set top boxes when leased from GVTC.
