GVTC offers its digital cable customers these really cool "Apps" found on the TV remote!

Just click on the “A” button located below the arrow keys and press “Select” to launch any of the TV Widgets. For ease of navigation, use the up and down arrow keys to highlight the Widget screens, then press “Select” when you want to see more information.

  Stay current on auctions, by receiving on screen alert notifications, even while watching your favorite television program.

  Keep up with news on current happenings in Business, Entertainment, Headline News, International, Political, Sports, Technology, US, and Washington.
  
• Weather:
  Get a quick snapshot of weather conditions in zip codes of your choice.
  
• Sports:
  College and Professional Sports.
  
• Finance:
  Track the progress of the Stock Market and create a portfolio of your favorite stocks.
  
• My Football Tracker:
  Keep up with the real-time statistics of up to 25 NFL players by simply using the digital remote on your TV. It’s easy, just click on the “A” button on the remote to select My Football Tracker. Use either the preloaded roster of players or simply create a custom roster of your personal favorites and track their progress! All statistics will re-set each week, one hour before the first game of the week.
