A Typical Scenario

As you prepare to leave the house you punch your security code into the keypad. The system gives you 60 seconds to exit and then arms itself.

Inside your home a combination of door & window switches as well as infrared sensing motion detectors are watching out for intruders.

If an alarm is triggered, the professionals at our monitoring center go into action. The first thing that they do is call the residence. This is to make sure that there is not a malfunction or an accidental false alarm caused by the resident themselves. Anyone answering this call must give a password in order to cancel the alarm. If no one answers who can cancel the alarm then the next call is to the local law enforcement office, or anyone else you put on your call list.

This same system can also protect you when you are inside your home. If you enter your code without leaving, the system knows that you're still inside. So in 60 seconds it arms itself except for the motion sensors. Your doors and windows are monitored, but you can get up in the middle of the night without setting off the alarm. Sleep well.

Panic Options
At any time, you can signal an emergency and get help using the panic keys on your keypad. Personal panic buttons are also available in the form of a key fob or pendant.

Medical Alert
Our personal response services can assist seniors and/or those with medical conditions in the event of an emergency. A touch of a button will alert our system to send help by dispatching an ambulance or calling a friend or neighbor.
