Diddleknot Farm is situated in the rolling hills of Texas an hour south of Austin, an hour east of San Antonio, and a couple of hours west of Houston. We specialize in the preservation, breeding and sale of Dexter cattle, Katahdin sheep, & LaMancha dairy goats. We are members of the American Dexter Cattle Association, and the breed associations for both the Katahdin Hair Sheep and LaMancha Dairy Goat. A limited number of offspring are occasionally available. We also raise several different breeds of chickens, and share our farm with several cats, horses, and Belgian Tervuren.
