Darwinian Evolutionary theory has dominated American science for a century. It has been regarded by many as 'the answer'. We are told by some that only Red State, moronic, fundamentalists would suggest that Darwin got it wrong. However, there are two aspects of evolution, descent from a common ancestor, that its chief supporters have not been able to demonstrate, abiogenesis, and a continuum in the fossil record. This, when considered, is anathema to evolutionary theory.

A theory by SJ Gould, Niles Eldredge and Steven Stanley, Punctuated Equilibria, is supposed to cover the glaring gaps in the fossil record. The theory is nothing more than a revised version of the 'hopeful monster' idea of Richard Goldschmidt, an idea deemed by Ernst Mayr to be, "...equivalent to believing in miracles." Make no mistake, if evolution cannot explain the origins and ancestors to new types cannot be found in the fossil record, it explains nothing. It is, as more than one scientist has stated, a metaphyiscal stance, a world view based on faith, not fact, not unlike Creationism.

The quotes on this site are not taken out of context. They are the forthright statements of mostly evolutionists. Gould died an evolutionist as did Crick and others. There are a few who suggest that intelligence got us here. The reader can decide for themselves who those individuals are. I included a Credential field to give the reader an idea who these people are. All can be found on the internet.

I plan to replace these HTM tables with a database run by FileMaker Pro in the near future. They can be downloaded and converted to text files which then can be used in any word processor, or database engine, even those under the Microsoft banner. Have fun.
