Oh happy day! Allana Hemenway finished Layla's Grand Championship with a BOB and group third under Judge Janet Robinson. Allana finished Layla July 14, 2011 at the Comal KC show at San Antonio under Robert Stein. She then took her to the Reliant Cluster of shows in Houston and picked up Select Bitch each day over a champion. We rested and then went back out in October and picked up the rest of the needed points at four consecutive shows to complete her Grand Championship. It took Layla eigth shows, all majors, to win her GCH.

GCH CH Lockehill Le Premier Pas "Layla" is now officially retired from the show ring and is starting her life as a mother. She was leased to Dan and Allana and bred to Ch Macdega Allegiance for her first litter born December 12, 2011. We now have a little girl to follow in mom's pawsteps.
