This charming and relaxing get-away is
located between Austin and San Antonio and surrounded by the gorgeous Texas Hill Country. The Rocking MJ Ranch Bed and Breakfast owners Moe and Jo Schwab are the fourth generation of the Jonas/Schwab family to own this picturesque ranch.

An adorable cabin awaits you tucked amidst cedar and live oak trees that have stood for generations on this 200-acre ranch. The newly built bed and breakfast is one-half mile from Canyon Lake and 2 miles from the crystal blue waters of the Guadalupe River. Join us for a relaxing and secluded retreat.

Rocking MJ Bed & Breakfast offers two individual non-smoking suites that sleep 2-4 people with continental breakfast. You will adore this relaxing bed and breakfast flavored with Texas style.

All guest suites offer private baths, in room Cable TV, sitting areas, and king-size beds. Please note that a 2-night minimum is required between April and December, and for all weekends, holidays or special events. No pets please.

The Rocking MJ Ranch is home to 50 Boer goats, three donkeys and two dogs. Springtime is goat kidding time and the ranch becomes home to another 75-100 adorable goat kids.

Our three donkeys guard the goats from predators. Two are so tame you can feed them sugar. Lovable old Red Heeler Sweet Pea and the Border Collie Queenie will guide you on a scenic hike.
