African Greys

African Greys are known for their talking ability. The Congo Grey (Psittacus erithacus erithacus) is a large parrot, measuring up to 16 inches in length with a bright red tail. The Timneh Grey (Psittacus erithacus timneh) is a smaller, darker bird with a maroon tail. Queen's Pride Aviaries raises both types of Greys, ranging in value from $500 to $750.

Amazons

Amazons are a medium-sized parrot, mostly green with other color variations. We raise the Double Yellow-headed (Amazona ochrocephala oratrix) and Yellow-naped (Amazona ochrocephala auropalliata), ranging in value from $600 to $700.

Pionus

Pionus are small to medium-sized parrots known for their gentle disposition and quiteness. They are often known as "apartment birds". Their coloration varies from one species to another, but all carry a patch of red under-tail feathers. We raise Blue-headed (Pionus menstruus), Bronze-winged (Pionus chalcopterus), Coral-billed (Pionus sordidus), Dusky (Pionus fuscus), Plum-Crowned (Pionus tumultuosus), Scaly-headed (also known as the Maximilian Pionus) (Pionus Maximiliani), and White-capped (Pionus senilis), ranging in value from $250 to $1200.
